Performance Features
•MDH Series of duplex filter is comprised of two single filters and three triple valves. It is of simple structure, easy to use and equipped with a by-pass valve as well as a filter cartridge pollution&blocking indicator to achieve system safety.
•As for single filter, the cartridge needs to be cleaned or replaced when blocking reaches certain level during operation, which requires to stop the host machine. This is a waste of time and can not meet the continuous working requirements of the host machine. Duplex filter effectively solved the defect of single filter, it does not need to stop the machine for cleaning and replaceing of filter cartridge so as to ensure the continuous operation of host machine.
•If one of the filter cartridge is being replaced for blockage, the host machine does not need to stop. All you have to do is to open the pressure equalization valve and turn the reversing valve, and the other filter can now start to work, then replace the blocked filter cartridge.
